PART 1

BFC-PRO is a unique nation-wide boxing series and New Zealand’s first ever professional boxing competition where the audience gets to vote alongside the judges!

The BFC-PRO series brings together New Zealand’s fighters from boxing clubs across the country to compete against each other for appearance fees, fan vote prize money, and bonus prize money for the top 6 on the points table at the end of each year.

Consisting of 6 events per year, Barbwire® Fight Club’s point of difference is the addition of online audience voting with a live stream.

Viewers can register and watch from the comfort of their own home.

PART 2

Fighters Appearance fee

All signed fighters will receive guaranteed appearance fees for each fight as follows:

• 1st fight: $1,000
• 2nd fight: $1,500
• 3rd fight: $3,500

Fan Vote Prize Money

On top of the guaranteed appearance fees, fighters have the opportunity to win Fan vote prize money. The audience will vote on the fighters prowess skill, charisma and star power.

The Fan Vote Prize Money concept also involves fighters negotiating how the prize money will be split.

BFC-PRO Series Points Table

The BFC-PRO series includes a points system where BFC-PRO signed fighters can earn points in the following ways:

• Fan vote draw – 1 point each
• Judges decision draw – 1 point each
• Fan vote winner – 2 points
• Judges decision winner – 2 points
• TKO/KO winner – 5 points

Fighters who sign up for the BFC-PRO series will have the opportunity to compete in up to three events during 2025. Committing to all three events gives fighters the best chance to maximize their points.

At the end of the year, the fighter with the most points will be crowned the BFC-PRO Champion. A bonus prize money pool $24,000 be awarded to the top six fighters at the conclusion of the series as follows;

2. $6000
3. $4000
4. $3000
5. $2000
6. $1000
